You can revisit My Funeral Wishes any time you want to add or change anything. You’ll receive your personalised My Funeral Wishes document by post so you can keep it safe with your Funeral Plan summary ready for when the time comes.
Your nominated Midcounties Co-operative Funeral Home will also have it to help your loved ones celebrate your life exactly how you wanted.
*Your personal representative will be advised of any additional items not included in your Funeral Plan when the time comes. Any additional costs will need to be paid at the time of arranging your funeral before those services can be provided.

Disbursements are the additional fees related to your funeral that your chosen Funeral Home has no control over. These are cost elements such as doctors fees, ministers fees, crematoria fees and other potential costs for services that the Funeral Home does not directly provide themselves.
As such we recommend that you add the disbursement contribution to the cost of your funeral plan. It is optional and if you don’t include a contribution then your family or estate will have to pay for the disbursement costs at the time of need.
